“Very impressed with Stuart's detailed laser assisted measurements during the initial survey and the fact that we could be shown what the finished installation would actually look like. (We'd already been to the showroom for a nosy about, as it's only a mile away from where we live). We went with Harval (among other quotes), based on the perceived quality of their demonstration units in the showroom, the fact that their workshop is attached to the showroom, and the realistic quote. Peter and Ben completed the actual installation. Again, thoroughly impressed with their timely and cheerful performance and they left the room and the stairs spotless on completion. “We had our bedrooms and kitchen refitted by Harval some 15 years ago and they are still going strong. We needed another bedroom completely refurbishing so went to Harval first, who did not disappoint. No point going anywhere else when you know what you are getting.
Kept us up to date on progress, took out the old "built into the house framework" wardrobes so well that I didn't need to do any filling or rectification work. Came when they said they would and did what they said they would. Brilliant work from the fitters who were polite, mindful of our house, cleaned up as much as possible after themselves and did a great job. 10 out of 10 from me. “We had a fantastic experience with Harval. I spoke to Harry during my first call, and it was his friendliness and honesty which made me choose them. Our design contacts with Stuart made us feel listened to, and he gave us lots of alternatives for us to consider to get the best outcome in out small area that we had to play with. The showroom is great and have a good variation of designs and ideas to choose from. Although we hadn’t intended to, we were sold on the in-line fitted sliding wardrobes and were so happy we spent the extra money for them as they are the smartest wardrobes I’ve seen. We dealt with Pam via calls and emails, when confirming details and booking in a date to fit them. She was very patient with me and my distracting 1yr old each time! Due to a cancellation we were able to get them done sooner than planned as well. The fitters were friendly and managed to complete them in just one day. We love our wardrobes and would highly recommend Harval to anyone! Thank you!”
